Discrimination/harrassment in the workplace

a discriminatory tool? Brian A, was wrongfully terminated of a 16 year employment. The only 1 subjected to other hostile treatment. What should he do and what should the company do to right him. He also needed 23 replacements id to enter the building, and over 230 overtime hours was given in the past 12 months. He was terminated in 2005 from Honda Engineering North America. This test was made to get rid of him. I think its something others should talk about.

One reason I love working freelance is the different power dynamic. Nobody can bully me! Yes I occasionally have an abusive demanding or rude client ... but I have complete authority to correct their manner, no matter how expert they may be considered in their field. They can't pull rank. I temped in an office for 5 weeks last year and found it far less fraught than I did when that was my 'job'... maybe being 10 years older has helped a bit.
